Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn resaleable, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please see Exchange and Refund sectors below in details.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@jlstudio.store with your order number and photo evidence (if the item arrives in damaged condition), and send your item to: 19 St.Oswalds Way, Sheffield, UK, S7 2AA.
Refunds
In the interest for your protection, tight products are nonrefundable once it has been opened due to the hygiene reason.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Gift Package
Unfortunately an gift package purchased is nonrefundable. However, you will receive an equivalent value of coupon for your next time shopping with us.
Shipping Costs
To return your product, you should mail your item to: 19 St. Oswalds way, Sheffield, UK, S7 2AA.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
